About Me
How everyday life feels, not how it appears
I’m Kass, a Western Sydney based artist working across acrylic and watercolour painting. My practice is shaped by mood, place, and the people I’m surrounded by, drawing from the atmosphere of everyday environments and lived moments.
Rather than focusing on fixed subjects, my work responds to feeling, and how a moment sits in time, how it shifts emotionally, and how it is experienced rather than simply seen. I’m interested in creating paintings that invite the viewer to slow down, look more closely, and connect with the sense of a moment rather than just its surface.
Alongside my studio practice, I work in creative facilitation, which has influenced how I think about engagement, attention, and shared experience in art making.
